Scope of Work
The work performed under this Contract consisted on the full rehabilitation of platform level waiting rooms and canopies on the platform. Works include: windows and doors, exterior coating, steel repair, roofing, tiling, bird proofing, gutter and downspouts, storefront, interior finishes, benches, HVAC, platform lighting, platform coating, and translucent canopy roof. In addition, the Lead Base Paint at the platform level.
