Contract #: consisted of Site and Miscellaneous Building Improvements at the Queens Midtown Tunnel facility. The scope of work for Site and Miscellaneous Building Improvements buildout Included the repair of concrete spalls and cracks throughout the exterior of the building. Removal and replacement wood floor. Demolition of 2-car garage. Removal and replacement existing roof. Installation of new picket fence with automatic sliding gate. Installation of a new HVAC system. Installation of new asphalt pavement. Complete renovation of office spaces and bathrooms. Restoration of brick façade and installation of new cornice.
