Rehabilitation of Roof and Enclosure at Gates Ave Ridgewood Substation in the Borough of Brooklyn
Scope of Work
This project involved the roofing system’s removal and replacement, including roof railing; surface cleaning, painting, concrete coping removal and replacement, cornice removal and replacement, brick removal & replacement, repointing; roof slab; steel repair, the removal and replacement of exhaust fans, dampers and associated control systems; roof drain removal and replacement; and electrical, power work at the Gates Ave / Ridgewood Substation.
